Got Harry Potter?

We've been Harry Potterizing ourselves for the last week. We saw the "Order of the Phoenix" (5th movie) and enjoyed it. At the Midnight Harry Potter Party at the local bookstore, Brad figured out the incredibly hard crossword with other crazy Harry fans, while Celeste shook her head and said over and over again "How did you know that?". And all day Saturday and Sunday Brad read "The Deathly Hallows " out loud while Celeste entertained Brooklyn. We finished it at 1am completely satisfied. Thank you J.K. Rowling! You made our weekend!

What a great picture of you guys! I can't wait to see Brooklyn. You guys are making a fun and crazy household to raise healthy kids. We love you. I can't imagine reading out loud a 9,000 page novel. We are trying to keep up by listening to the "Half Blood Prince" on tape. Don't ever loose that spice for life.

And by fun, I mean really, really passionate. I don't know anyone else who reads Potter OUT LOUD over 1 weekend.

I think you two have officially crossed over into the "nerd-light" zone. (that's the twilight zone for nerds...hehe)

But don't worry...I shall join you there for I read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in two days (one day in the airplanes and the other day on the couch).

It was good! I agree...very resolved. A couple of loose points in the plot but good overall!

A girl in my ward told me I was odd for preordering The latest Potty book. But I would have loved to have put on the glasses too- even if we are labled "wierd"

I guess I can join the Nerd Club because I also read the 7th Harry Potter book in those first two days.

Kudos on the crossword puzzle, though. That sounds daunting!

Hey--where have you guys been? You're not still reading Harry Potter & too busy to post blogs are you? Or, has Brooklyn shown you the meaning of "busy parents"????? Hope you're still alive :) and doing well!
