We spent last weekend house sitting for a friend so we could run an OZONE GENERATOR to try and eliminate the smoke smell from our house. Even though the EPA discourages the use of these generators and discredits their ability to successfully remove odors, I have to say that it totally worked! We just made sure to air out the house before coming back in. But it's so nice to have a fresher smelling place. The kitchen has a lot of wooden cabinets which we think have absorbed a fair amount of smoke. So there's still a very slight smell in the main level of the house, but the rest of it smells SO MUCH BETTER! It's amazing the difference. We can actually smell our fresh clothes after a wash.

Yeah for the smell being gone. That is super awsome!
You know that Halloween time back East is great because they have all these cool graveyards that are perfect for a twilight game of "hide and go seek". Sorry coming to Denver for Thanksgiving doesn't qualify as an exotic trip for the holidays. It will be fun for us - "Wicked" may be in town then.
You guys still had trouble with the smoke smell?! We are definitely going to be extra careful about that (if we every actually get to buy a home).
Hooray for ozone machines!
I have never heard of such a thing, but I'm SOOO glad that the smell is gone. Hooray!!
